Birth Trauma and loss
Within my clinical practice I work to support birthing people and their families following a difficult birth and or the loss of their baby. These can look like a variety of different things including a birth that didn't go to plan, a specific phrase or image that you cannot let go of, your baby needing to go to NICU, or indeed you losing your baby at any point during pregnancy or birth. Therefore it is less about what happened but rather how you are left feeling that might indicate whether you would benefit from a dedicated space for you to talk and process what happened.

Any of these events can leave people with a need sense of loss, among other feelings. Sometimes a space outside of family and friends allows people the opportunity to think about what happened. Whether the events were recent or many months or years ago, a space to talk can be hugely beneficial. Often the need can develop during a subsequent pregnancy.
If any of these events of thoughts sound similar to you then I am sorry you have experienced something difficult. I can offer you a free 20minute consultation should you wish to discuss how you are and what I can offer in more detail. I can then offer online therapy should you wish to proceed.
