Yoga Classes

I offer a variety of classes depending on your personal needs and goals. There is something for everyone in yoga, no matter where you feel you are, or 'should be' on your journey. Please contact me if you have any specific queries or questions.

Online Class

I will soon be offering a weekly zoom yoga class. This is suitable for everyone, with lots of adaptations. There will be a different focus each week. Every class will incorporate breathing practice, asana and relaxation. See me on Wednesday's from 8-9pm.

One to One

If you would prefer a personalised 1:1 yoga practice then please get in touch. I can work with you to determine your needs and goals and a schedule to suit you.

I am also available if you'd prefer to book as a group - maybe for work, a birthday party or just as a treat for you and your friends.

Workshops

I am in the process of co-designing some workshops to help birthing people understand and process a difficult birth and or the loss of their baby. Please come back soon when more details will be announced.

Yoga Nidra

From June I will be offering a face to face monthly yoga nidra practice. This is a 90 minute session which starts with a gentle movement and breathing practice. This moves on to yoga nidra (yoga sleep) for 45 minutes. The session will finish with some light refreshments. You will be left feeling rejuvenated and ready for a good sleep at home! 
Please bring lots of comfortable clothes and cushions, blankets etc.
